Update 4/3/2009: I spoke with the owner of this particular
property today. He assured me that he would address the problem in a timely manner. I will follow up on this issue
in a week.
A concerned Citizen brought this eyesore to my attention. Properties like this one
will be identified, notified, and brought up to code. This is just another example of our broken system. The worst
part is that this junkyard is across the street from a city park.
