The Mayor and City Council members are always bragging on our parks. I decided make
an inspection of Crenshaw Park on 3-18-09. I was disgusted with what I found.
On this beautiful spring day, I found ducks nesting on what appears to be a bag of garbage that has been
rotting in the same location for a very long time.
The entire shoreline is polluted with plastic bags, diapers, cans, cups, butts, empty bait containers,
and limb debris.
