My personal inspection of the Capitan 3/13/09.

Listen the Mayor at the March 10th, 2009 council meeting regarding the condition of the Capitan and if a water problem exists.  This is truly amazing and somewhat embarrassing to hear.  Push the play arrow on the audio console below.

During the tour I mentioned 850,000.00.  This figure was quoted to me by a high ranking city official.  The city contracted with "guess who" to replace the roof, install the fire suppression system, install a new AC, and remodel the bathrooms sometime during this Mayor's late full term, that ended in 2001.  I have requested through open records the details on this transaction.  I will update this page as soon as I receive the information.
