During the tour I mentioned 850,000.00.
This figure was quoted to me by a high ranking city official. The city contracted with "guess who"
to replace the roof, install the fire suppression system, install a new AC, and remodel the bathrooms sometime during this
Mayor's late full term, that ended in 2001. I have requested through open records the details on this transaction.
