Update 3/4/2009:  I spoke with a representative for the owner of the bank building today.  They have proposed a 10 million dollar renovation.  I have more details but I am not at liberty to disclose them.  Stay tuned.........

I was able to gain access to the first floor of the bank building.  Click the link below to watch the youtube video of my short tour.

How much longer is this dinosaur going to casts its shadow over City Hall?  I thought it was going to be Mr. Davis' first order of business.......

This Mayor is paying "guess who" $85,000.00 to determine what to do with the City's abandoned and delapidated properties.  I have business relationships with many investors, brokers, and contractors who would be more than willing to give their professional assessment on these structures and it would not cost a penny.  Send the 85K to the police department and let the Chief spend it to FIGHT CRIME.

The City of Pasadena spent $ 350,000.00 to repair the roof on this building.  It is currently uninhabitable.
